No pets. Singles under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or Legal guardian to register and stay.
The following instances are classified as damage and will result in an additional fee determined by
owner; smoking inside unit, over occupancy, extensive cleaning required, and/or pets in unit.
Cancellation Policy - All reservations require 30 day cancellation notice prior to arrival for daily
or weekly stays, and 90 days for monthly, to receive advance deposit refund. Please note, that
cancellation or early departure due to inclement weather with the exception of a mandatory evacuation
does not warrant a refund. Unless reservation confirmed, rates and taxes are subject to change at
any time without prior notice.
