Enjoy the incredible views of Snowbasin and Ogden Valley from many rooms throughout the house and a wide open floor plan, including the vaulted great room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace, kitchen/dining area, master bedroom and downstairs family room with its own fireplace. There is also an expansive deck that extends the entire length of the house.

Less than one hour drive from Salt Lake City airport, depending on weather conditions. Ogden Valley is a great base location to ski most of the major resorts in Utah. And when you are done fighting the crowds at other resorts, you are already here for prime time skiing at Snowbasin and Powder Mountain!

Ski rentals, cross-country skiing and snowmobiling are also conveniently located nearby. For our fair weather friends, Ogden Valley provides a variety of outdoor recreational activities, including hiking, mountain biking, horseback riding, golf, fishing, and a variety of water sports at the adjacent Pineview Reservoir. Ogden Valley has something for everyone!

This property is available for rent throughout the year, with SPECIAL DISCOUNTS available for return renters (please inquire). Reservation deposit is 25% of total rental amount, with remaining balance, including applicable taxes, due in full no later than 30 days before your arrival. A refundable damage/cleaning deposit of $250 also applies.
