Bed & Breakfast Inn Seattle in Seattle

Originally built in 1902 and beautifully restored and updated in 1997. We are conveniently located* in the Historic and diverse neighborhood of Capitol Hill just 10 blocks east of Downtown Seattle. We are the largest vacation rental home in the city offering 14 guest rooms, 6 baths and the home can accommodate 30 adults in beds.  

Each bedroom offers cable television, ipod charging clock/radios and the softest linens and towels we can find. Enjoy lake and mountain views from our east facing upper floor rooms. An upper floor deck offers spectacular views of Lake Washington and Mt. Rainier.  

The living room is equipped with cable television and DVD player. Our covered front porch is a great place to bring a bottle of wine and spend an evening with friends watching the world go by.

Our gourmet kitchen is available for all guests to use and is fully stocked with cooking and serving utensils. There are three refrigerators and two range/ovens. Trader Joe's and Safeway grocery are two blocks away. A full gourmet breakfast service is offered optionally.

The house is equipped with a PC computer and wireless internet access for those bringing their own lap tops. Our parking area can accommodate 7 cars with additional parking available in the alley behind our home for 5 or more vehicles. Coin-op laundry facility is on-site. All you need is to bring bags!


*Public transportation is just a block away. You can walk 5 houses down to the bus stop and be to the Space Needle in less than 15 minutes or to the airport in an hour.

in the heart of one of Seattle's trendiest neighborhoods, Capitol
Hill. We are walking distance from the Pike/Pine Corridor, Downtown
Seattle, Convention Center, Madison Valley, Seattle University, SCCC,
Harborview, Swedish & Group Health Hospitals. Several bus lines including the 8, 12 and 42 are located within two blocks of the home.

• Monthly $1,000-$1,600 for individual rooms during the off season.
• Private, entire house rental available with a three night minimum. The first three nights are $1,400 per night and each additional night is $1,000.
