�The living room, decorated in bright, but sophisticated,
Mexican rose has a beamed ceiling and a cantera fireplace. Pass to the cozy
TV area through a foyer that looks out onto another terrace and fountain with
lounge chairs.�
�The formal dining room seats 8 and looks out onto the garden
through large arched windows and onto another terrace with a comfortable
table and chairs with a market umbrella for shade.
Adjacent to the TV area, but a separate room, is the modern art deco kitchen
with a new stainless steel refrigerato/freezer, double sink, breakfast bar
and Bosch gas stove.�
Also on the ground floor is the master suite and two bathrooms (one to be
used as a guest bathroom accessible from the hall) which look onto a private,
locked garden. A deepbathtub and separate stall shower are in the master bath.
A small terrace off the master bedroom is perfect for morning coffee and the
bedroom has a complete wall of built in closets and drawers containg a TV as
well.�
The study is just across a small hall and is ready for your laptop computer
or a lazy reading day on the comfortable sleigh sofa!� Upstairs are two more
guest rooms,one with twin beds which can be made into a king and the other
with a queen sized bed.� They share a large dressing room and bath and the
room with twin beds boasts a fireplace and chaise lounge.
Down the hall is the laundry room with a new washer and dryer wth an aron

ironing board, ready to go, although Guadalupe will wash and iron when she ??
comes twice a week. And if you want her for a third day a week, she'll be ??
