Rainbow Valley Trails in Poas

Our Farm House offers lodging for families, or groups of diverse
individuals, who desire to stay with us for a week or more. The large
country kitchen can easily seat as many as a dozen at its tiled table.
An arched doorway leads to the living room. The roomy bedrooms each
has its own bathroom with shower. For maximum privacy, one room is
located is upstairs and the other is downstairs. The position of the
house offers 360 degree views of the countryside, including the densly
forested vocano parklands.
Rainbow Valley can be reached via a 45-minute drive from International
Airport (called San Jose)in Alajuela .

A. Pick-up from and return to International Airport, Alajuela
available. Please advise our staff of your specific needs.

B. In the event you prefer to join us for breakfast, lunch or dinner,
we offer a variety of international or local dishes in our two-story
restaurant, which is within walking distance.

C. We can provide transportation to local natural destinations such as
volcano parks, zip line, waterfall park and/or local (flower growing)
greenhouses.

Opportunities to see and photograph unique plantlife and colorful
birds surroud us.
We are conviently situated near the Poas volcano with its enormous
creater. Our facility is within 3 kilometers of the famous La Paz
Waterfall, as well as adjacent Waterfall Gardens. Zip lining over the
forest canopy can be enjoyed within a 15-minute drive at Colinas del
Poas.
For those of you who would enjoy visiting active farms in the
neighborhood, we could take you on a tour of a dairy, a chicken ranch,
a modern pig farm, a trout farm, a goat dairy and/or a cattle ranch,
as you like.
