Our "Cabin" has a very special feel as it is a free standing Home in
a very nice development of 17
units, giving the feeling of a high end community without noisey
neighbors above, below, ar along
side you to worry about.

Our kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience. The Kitchen is
well equiped for all your
cooking needs including all stainless steel appliances, and granite
counter tops. It has a
refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and a four burner range
winefridge.

All the dishes, glasses, pots and other kitchen utensils are
provided to make this a wonderful
kitchen and cooking experience. The dining area comfortably seats 8-
10 people with additional
seating for 4 at the kitchen bar .

A living area in front of the gas fireplace lets you relax watching
TV, movies on the DVD/VCR
player, or listening to music on the bose Ipod docking station.

After a day on the slopes or hiking you can relax in a hot tub on
the deck with spectacular views
of Schweitzer Mountain.

All bedrooms offer comfortable sleep. The 3 bedroom 3 bathroom,
including 2 master suites and a
bunk room for the kids with 2 sets of bunks In each bedroom's dresser
a second sheet set is
provided for you as well as additional towels.

Cleaning supplies can be found underneath the sink as well as
additional liquid handsoap for the
dispensers. However, you will provide your own bath soap, shampoo,
conditioner and other personal
items.
Each of the 3 full bathrooms are fully furnished with plenty of fresh
towels and wash clothes for
your stay.

Please remember to leave all items in the Home as you will be
charged for missing items.

We also offer high-speed internet access. It is either wireless or
you can plug in as well.

Flat Screen tv's with cable are offered in each bedroom and
livingroom.

The home has one covered parking space and one uncovered space.

The property is decorated in a typical "Cabin" style including
antler Chandelers, wood floors, and
stone fireplace.

The Ski locker is located on the back porch allowing perfect storage
for all your equipment before
entering the home less than 20 feet from the groomed ski acess trail
for
easy access both in and out through out the day.

O'reille. Various arts festivals take place during the season in
Sandpoint.

Fall: Hiking, biking, skiing (please verify when ski operations
start at Schweitzer Mountain in the
late fall)

Winter: Skiing, cross-country, snow-shoe hiking The little town of
Sandpoint offers a variety of
great restaurants, shops, and movie theaters. For sure, you cannot
get bored in this lovely place.
