OUR well appointed home is located in prestigious PGA NATIONAL with in one of the true gated
communities.The
1,800 sq ft. single floor plan is comfortable with cathedral ceilings!The spacious living room leads
you out to the covered dual sky light patio outdoor living area with heated pool.This area also has
access from the master suite and kitchen.
The Master suite is truly a suite with a king size bed and a new LCD 32" flat panel TV.there are
three large closets of which two are walk ins. The private large bath is spacious.
The den also has a new 42" LCD with Internet service.Den can also act as another bedroom with
pullout sofa.
The guest bedroom has two twin beds and access to its own full bath.
the kitchen is large with new appliances and is well appointed with all of the essentials.This area
of the home also has a TV which can be viewed from the L shaped sofa or the 4 seat eating area.The
laundry area is located off the kitchen.
