Meadow Ridge Haven in Cle Elum

This beautiful new 2 story mountain home has a sweeping view on ten
acres of wooded ridge and tall grass and lupine meadows. It is located
in a private valley away from all highways. Full service grocery,
restaurants, gas stations and rental stores in nearby Cle Elum and
Roslyn.

Charm galore and many amenities make this a comfortable, fun vacation
rental. It has a full service kitchen, comfortable dining area,
hot shower, laundry, two beautiful bedrooms, a large loft and a day
bed in the living room You can sleep 9 comfortably.
(Queen beds in the bedrooms, and two full inner spring futons in the
loft).

A wrap-around deck, shaded by the towering trees, offers full outdoor
enjoyment with plenty of open view and open meadow land. A propane
BBQ, VCR, DVD and CD player, game table and towering windows are there
for you to enjoy.

A charming propane fireplace stove warms and cheers you when there is
a chill outside. Baby gates are available to protect little ones from
the stairs, etc. but this multilevel loft home is best suited for the
five and older age bracket.

Hike, snowmobile, ride bikes, cross country ski, snowshoe or ride on
the sledding hill right from your door step. Plenty of bird watching
right from the deck. In the right season, deer and elk graze on the
land. A large fire pit and we supply some wood for your fall through
spring camp fire pleasure. (Check for burn bans first.)

Hunting, fishing, museums, horseback riding, kayaking, swimming,
boating, and golf nearby. Climbing, scrambling, hiking, snowshoeing,
and down hill skiing within 30 miles.

Rates based on 6 person occupancy. $25 per night for each additional
person (Nine person maximum)
Weekends (non holiday) $350 (Includes Friday and Sat nights)
Week days (non holiday) $325 two night stay (minimum stay)
Add a non holiday weekday for $150 per night
Holiday weekends $675 for three nights Fri,Sat,Sun, (minimum)
Holiday week day $600 for three nights (minimum stay)
Add a holiday weekday for $200 per night.
Example: Christmas week 2008 arrive Mon- leave Fri would be $800 for
6 or less people.
If you have nine people add $100 per person for the four nights.
$1100 for an unforgettable vacation for nine people! (and we do the
decorating)

Deposit: $450 refundable deposit, when rental returned in original
condition. No cleaning fee ($50/hr) IF dishes are dishwasher run and
cabin is tidied to original condition. Garbage must be sealed in a
provided garbage bag and secured in the large can with latching lid at
the side of the house. We do the floors, toilets, and linens as part
of your rental as long as there is no gross soiling.

You agree to sign a rental agreement and abide by the contract. We
agree to do the same!
