Year Round Retreat in Tahoe Donner

A modern 2,300 square foot house filled with light, warmth, and charm. This mountain retreat is located on a quiet street in the beautiful Tahoe Donner community close to the city of Truckee, Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe.
The cabin is located near more than 10 ski resorts! Most resorts are less than a 30 minute drive away.

Great room has two story view of the lush pine forested back yard.
Great for one or two families, sleeps eight comfortably. Can accomadate 10. 

Lake Tahoe is 20 miles from the cabin. There is a variety of shopping
and restaurants close by and in the city of Truckee.

Cabin Specs
Three spacious bedrooms, three full baths

Spacious loft:
Large Master bedroom (queen bed) with color tv and double vanity ensuite bath with large soaking tub/shower.
Separate  area with built in desk/work area with internet connection.
Double sized futon for additional sleeping.

Second Floor:
Open Great Room with living room, dining room, modern, fully equipped kitchen with gas stove/oven,wet bar and wood stove.
Cable television with color tv and built in DVD/CD,VCR player & media card slot.
Queen bedroom and two Twins bedroom and full bath with tub/shower.
Laundry Room with washer and dryer and large storage area for towels and linens (provided).
Deck with built-in BBQ

The cabin rental includes guest passes for discounted rate access to Tahoe Donner Association's extensive amenities. These amenities are within a 10 minute drive and include:

Equestrian Center;
11 Tennis Courts and Pro Shop; 
Golf Course with driving range ;
Year round Recreation center with large pool, adult lap pool, spas, steam room, sauna and fitness center;
Family pool with slide;
Private beach marina at Donner Lake.

Summer Activities:
Lake Tahoe and rafting down the Truckee River are a 30 minute drive away.
Closer to home you can enjoy hiking, fishing and the many ammenities offered by the Tahoe Donner Association.

Winter Activities:
Winter activities in the Tahoe area include downhill sking, cross country skiing, snow tubing, snow shoeing and enjoying the winter wonderland of the snowy Sierra Nevada mountains.

Winter rates:
 Thanksgiving:        11/23/09 - 11/30/09: $250.00 per night, 3 night minimum.
 Christmas:             12/18/09 - 12/27/09: $300.00 per night, 4 night minimum.

 1/5/10 - 4/30/10:   Friday and Saturday nights; 
                                 $245.00 per night (excl MLK and Pres. weeks), 2 night min. 
                                 Sunday to Thursday nights; 
                                 $200.00 per night (excl MLK and Pres. weeks), 2 night min. 

MLK  Week:               1/15/10 - 1/22/10. $275.00 per night, 3 night min.

President's WeeK:     2/12/10 - 2/19/10. $275.00 per night, 3 night min.

Summer 2010 Rates: Friday and Saturday nights $200.00 per night.
                                    Sunday to Thursday $175.00 per night, 2 night min.
                                    Holiday rates for July 4th and Labor Day

Plus: 10% Occupancy Tax:
         $120 - 200.00 Cleaning Fee: (Difference refundable)
         $300.00 Security Deposit refundable upon inspection.
