Year Round Retreat in Tahoe Donner

A modern 2,300 square foot house filled with light, warmth, and charm. This mountain retreat is located on a quiet street in the beautiful Tahoe Donner community close to the city of Truckee, Donner Lake and Lake Tahoe.
The Community amenities such as tennis courts, pools, fitness center, golf and horseback riding are within a five minute drive.
The cabin is located near more than 10 ski resorts! Most resorts are less than a 30 minute drive away.

Great room has two story view of the lush pine forested back yard.
Great for one or two families, sleeps eight comfortably. Can accomadate 10. 

Lake Tahoe is 20 miles from the cabin. There is a variety of shopping
and restaurants close by and in the city of Truckee.

*Three spacious bedrooms, three full baths

Spacious loft:
*Large Master bedroom (queen bed) with color tv and double vanity ensuite bath with      large soaking tub/shower.
*Separate loft area with built in desk/work area with cable/wireless internet connection.
*Double sized futon for additional sleeping.

Second Floor:
*Open Great Room with living room, dining room, modern, fully equipped and newly remodeled kitchen with gas stove/oven,wet bar and remote controlled gas stove. New hardwood floors
*Cable service with DVR, sound bar, blue ray player and  37" LCD HDTV..
*Queen bedroom and two Twins bedroom and full bath with tub/shower.
*Laundry Room with washer and dryer and large storage area for towels and linens (provided).
*Deck with redwood furniture and built-in BBQ.

First Floor:
*Family room with its own bath. Queen sofa bed, TV and gas stove. Perfect place for the kids.
* Access to lower deck and rear yard.

Small pet will be considered with additional deposit.

The cabin rental includes guest passes for discounted rate access to Tahoe Donner Association's extensive amenities. These amenities are within a 10 minute drive and include:

Equestrian Center;
11 Tennis Courts and Pro Shop;

Year round Recreation center with large pool, adult lap pool, spas, steam room, sauna and fitness center;

Summer Activities:
Lake Tahoe and rafting down the Truckee River are a 30 minute drive away.
Closer to home you can enjoy hiking, fishing and the many ammenities offered by the Tahoe Donner Association. Enjoy soaring; helicopter flights over Lake Tahoe, river rafting and cruises on the lake's paddle wheeler.

Winter Activities:
Winter activities in the Tahoe area include downhill sking, cross country skiing, snow tubing, snow shoeing and enjoying the winter wonderland of the snowy Sierra Nevada mountains.

Summer Rates :       

Fri & Sat.                                    $190.00 per night, 2 night min.
Sun to Thurs.                              $170.00 per night, 2 night min.

Holiday Rates:                                     Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day

Winter Rates:
11/22/2012 - 4/30/2013                $235.00 per night, 2 night minimum.

Thanksgiving:                                      $275.00 per night, 4 night minimum. 
Xmas/New Years:                              $320.00 per night, 5 night minimum.
MLk/Pres. Weeks                              $275.00 per night, 3 night minimum.
 
                $120 - 200.00 Cleaning Fee: (Difference refundable)
                $300.00 Security Deposit refundable upon inspection.
