Our beautiful 2 bedroom 1 bath condo is located directly across the street from the world famous Siesta Key Beach.   Sit out on our screened lanai and look at the Gulf and watch the sunset. 

Sun bathe, boogie board, snorkel, collect shells or just walk along
the beach. See one of the best sunsets ever! Siesta Village offers
cafes, boutiques and fine dining along with things for the kids.

Sarasota is recognized as Florida's Cultural Coast and is home to a professional symphony, ballet and opera.  In additon, more than 10 theaters and 30 art galleries are located in Sarasota.  The Ringling Museum of Art is Florida's State Museum, and the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall known for its architecture and great acoustics, seats 1700 people and features a dazzling season of music, shows and programs for all ages. 

Golf at one of over 25 courses. Take a ride to St. Armand's circle for dining and
elegant shopping. Tampa and Bush Gardens is only 1 hour away and
Disney World is under 2 hours away.

Myakka State Park, Oscar Scherer State Park are Sarasota's destinations for bird-watching, walking, camping, biking, or just communing with Florida's natural setting of swamps, palmetto brush and towering pine trees.  Myakka State Park offers guided boat and train tours that include informative narration of the area's wildlife and history.

Master bedroom has king size bed with TV and DVD player.

Second bedroom has twin beds and TV.  Living room has a queen sleeper sofa.

Fully stocked kitchen (including a microwave, disposal, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster etc).

Cable TV throughout condo apartment.  TV and DVD player in master bedroom; TV in second bedroom . Living room has 32" TV with DVD player and queen sleeper sofa.

All linens and towels (including beach towels) are furnished.

Bathroom has hair dryer and is a tub/shower combination. 
Iron and ironing board are also included.

We have Wireless internet.        We have beach chairs, coolers, an umbrella and beach toys too! 

 Washer and dryer are just outside unit in hallway.

There is a heated pool and covered parking. The clubhouse has table tennis, shuffleboard, pool table, and library. There are lighted tennis courts across the street too.  Everything you need for your home away from home.

Siesta Village offers cafes, boutiques and fine dining along with
things for the kids. Sarasota is also loaded with so many things to

tennis courts across the street. You can go para-sailing, rent boats,

$200.00 refundable Security Deposit.  Cleaning Fee $50.00 weekly rentals/ $120.00 cleaning fee 4 weeks or more.
