The Caribbean Jewel in US Virgin Islands

Our beachfront condo is located on the beautiful U.S. Virgin Islands of St. Thomas. This corner unit
allows more privacy and beautiful ocean views from the balcony. You will enjoy snorkeling right in
the back yard, swim in the beautiful aqua waters, swim in the beautiful newly refubished pool or
just relax on the beach in the warm sun.
Sapphire Beach is a beautiful white sand beach with crystal clear water for a perfect swim and
snorkeling.....very quite, relaxing and tranquil... warm weather everyday!
Enjoy your stay in our studio one bedroom condo which includes a king size bed as well as a queen
sofa bed in the living room. Linens are provided. We can accommodate a maxium of 4 guests. We have a
fully equipped kitchen, full bath with tub/shower, A/C, ceiling fans and a nice tropical breeze when
the sliding doors are open. Enjoy your meals on the balcony over looking the beautiful ocean.

The town of Red Hook is located 1/2 mile from the condo. In Red Hook you will find a market,
restaurants,gas station, shops, marina and the ferry to St. John. The ferry is a 15 min. trip across
the bay. You can board the walk-on ferry or the car-ferry. If driving please drive on the left side
of the road. There are many taxis on both St. Thomas and St. John, if you do not rent a car.
Our condo is fully furnished with everything you need to enjoy a great vacation. We have
TV's/VCR/DVD/music/board games for family fun/phone for local calls only, and snorkel gear for our
guests. It is truly the most relaxing and calming place to be.
There are 2 tennis courts on the property and a small marina. You can rent wave runners or a
boat.....go out fishing or cruise the islands and see their beauty.
Sapphire Beach is a beautiful, safe and secured vacation spot.

Sapphire Beach is one of the best beaches to snorkel. Other activities on the island include
parasailing, wave runners, fishing, boat rides, sailing, windsurfing, waterskking, swim in the
beautiful water, swim in the pool, play tennis, explore the island, play golf at Mahogany Run Golf
Course or just relax in the sun.
Coki Beach is about 15 min from the condo with great snorkeling. St. John is a 15 min ferry ride
from Red Hook, so go enjoy Trunk Bay (great snorkeling)and Magens Bay is about 20 min from the condo
(one of the other most beautiful beaches).
Magens Bay (St. Thomas) and Trunk Bay (St. John) have an entry fee of $4.00 per person, and they
have a restuarant and bar on the beach.
St. John is 80% National Park, so if you like hiking there a many trails. Please stop in at the
Vistors Center on St. John and pick up information and speak with a ranger.
Charlotte Amalie (capital of the Virgin Islands) has great shopping. If you like jewelry this is a
gold mine. No sales tax, and you can bargin.
If you choose to rent a car, please remember to drive on the left side of the road!

January 3 - April 30th $235.00/per night = $1,645.00 per week
May 1 - November 16 $ 150.00/per night = $1,000.00 per week
November 17 - December 19 $225.00/per night = $1,575.00 per week
December 20 - Jan 2 $ 325.00/per night = $2,275.00 per week
There is a $50.00 cleaning fee for each week rented, 8% island tax and a $250.00 security deposit. We require full payment 60 days prior to arrival. The deposit will be refunded within 10 days from departure, if everything is in order.
