The Caribbean Jewel in US Virgin Islands

Our beachfront condo is located on the beautiful U.S. Virgin Islands of St. Thomas.

This corner unit (on the 2nd floor) has a fabulous view and a wonderful balcony to sit and enjoy dinner and/or drinks. You will enjoy snorkeling right in the back yard, swim in the aqua waters or take a swim in the newly refubished pool with new lounge chairs all around.

Sapphire Beach has beautiful white sand and crystal clear water. Relax on the beach with a good book, enjoy the sea life, enjoy the beautiful sun. 

Your stay in our studio one bedroom condo includes a king size bed as well as a queen sofa bed in the living room. Linens, beach chairs, beach towels, snorkel gear, volley ball, books, games, music, new flat screen, DVD, VCR, air mattresses, ceiling fans, A/C, full bath with 2 sinks and tub/shower, and a fully equipped kitchen are provided.

Our little town of Red Hook is located 1/2 mile from the condo. In Red Hook you will find two (2) food markets, restaurants, gas station, shops, marina and the ferry to St. John.

The ferry to St. John is a 15 min. trip across the bay. You can board the walk-on ferry or the car-ferry. If driving, please drive on the left side of the road.

There are other ferries that travel to different islands. I recommend to pick up the brochures (make sure to get This Week) in the baggage area at the airport.

There are many taxis on both St. Thomas and St. John, if you do not rent a car. You can catch the safari bus at the top of the drive way for $2.00 per person and go any where on the island during the day. At night you would need to take a taxi or drive.

There are 2 tennis courts on the property (bring your own racket and balls) and a small marina. You can rent wave runners or a boat.....go out fishing or cruise the islands and see their beauty.

Sapphire Beach is a beautiful, safe and secured vacation spot.

Sapphire Beach is one of the best snorkeling beaches on St. Thomas.

Other activities on the island include parasailing, wave runners, fishing, boat rides, sailing, windsurfing, waterskking, swim in the ocean, swim in the pool, play tennis, explore the island, play golf at Mahogany Run Golf Course, visit Coral World, shop in town or just relax in the sun.

Coki Beach is about 15 min from the condo with great snorkeling.

St. John is a 15 min ferry ride from Red Hook, so go enjoy Trunk Bay (great snorkeling).  St. John is 80% National forest with lots of hiking trails. Please stop in at the "Vistors Center" at the marina (on St. John) and talk with a Ranger about the best trails....lots of information. Beautiful beaches every where. The walk on ferry is $6.00 per person each way ($12 rt) and the car ferry is about $55 round trip (for car and all people in car).

Magens Bay is about 20 min from the condo (one of the other most beautiful beaches). Great beach for swimming and relaxing.

Both Magens Bay (St. Thomas) and Trunk Bay (St. John) have an entry fee of $4.00 per person, and they have a restuarant and bar on the beach.

Charlotte Amalie (capital of the Virgin Islands), Havensight (ships port) and Crown Bay have great shopping. If you like jewelry.... this is a gold mine. No sales tax, and you can bargin.

 If you choose to rent a car, please remember to drive on the left side of the road!

Sept 2010 to Nov 16 2010 $175.00/per night or $1,150.00 per week
Nov 17 to Dec 19 2010 $225.00/per night or $1,400.00 per week
Dec 20 to April 30, 2011 $225.00/per night or $1,400.00 per week

There is a $50.00 cleaning fee for each week rented and 8% island tax. We require full payment 60 days prior to arrival.  If booking for 2011 a $200.00 deposit will be requested to hold your reservation and applied to the balance due.
