drinks, dining or coffee at one of the many pubs and cafes located along the water.
Alki Beach offers residents easy access to the airport, downtown Seattle, or the Seahawks’ and
Mariners’ games via convenient, public bus transportation. Or instead, take the 12-minute Elliott
Bay Water Taxi ride to downtown Seattle to shop or to visit Pike Place Market, Belltown or Pioneer
Square.

$1750/week, $4500/month, 1-week minimum.
$500 deposit due with reservation; this deposit is refundable if the reservation cancels at least 30 days before the arrival date. Entire rental amount is due 30 days prior to the arrival date. The reservation deposit will automatically convert to a refundable damage deposit at check-in. A low-cost damage waiver is available in lieu of the damage deposit. Exit cleaning and mid-month cleaning (on monthly rentals) are included in the rent. A 9.5% Washington State Lodging Tax is charged on all stays less than 30-days.
