Special Rate Offers : Normally, the rate is between $225-$235. per night for less than 5 nights, 5 nights or more we usually offer a price per night of $215.,depending on the season. We have openings with specials /DEALS.   of $179. per night with $60. cleaning fee for stays of 7 nights. We also have DEALS for $149. per night with a $60. clean fee.($5. savings on cleaning fee) for January 15-31, 2010-Min. 1 week stay for that time period!!! Same deal for March 2-31,2010-$149. per night-1 week minimum stay! For 2 week stay in Jan.-March 2010-135. per night.
We prefer a 1 week minimum stay, but will accommodate a 5
night rental. (SOMETIMES, where available, SHORTER Stays are Possible, Just Ask)
There is a $250. refundable security deposit and a $65. cleaning fee. PayPal
(credit cards,etc.)checks, money orders, Traveler's Cheques, and cash
are all accepted. A full sleep sofa sleeps 2 children or 1-2 adults
(Condo sleeps a total of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children)
