San Francisco area of the city on Via Israel in Panama City.

Your vacation getaway includes a spacious great room, modern wood trimmed kitchen with granite kitchen
counter top, and utility room with washer/dryer and water heater. The kitchen comes complete with
Refrigerator, microwave, stove, toaster, plates, glasses, silverware and cooking ware. It comfortably
sleeps up to six people and includes, a queen size bed, a king size futon and a trundle bed with two
twin beds. Two Televisions with with basic cable. Unit also comes equiped with internet access. The
pool overlooking the ocean is breathtaking and includes a jacuzzi and sauna.

Shopping, Dining, Fishing, Theaters, entertainment and casinos are wonderful. Aside from the great
shopping at the Multi-Plaza, wonderful restaurants include Sorrento Italian restaurant, Jimmy's
Steakhouse, Beni-hana, Tony Roma's, Golden Unicorn Chinese restaurant located inside the Evergreen
building(all these restaurants and entertainment venues are located within just minutes of your condo.)
The Sheraton is located across the street and also includes wonderful dining, entertainment and casino.

Reservations for this beautiful ocean view vacation home will be held for you upon signing a rental
agreement. A refundable security deposit of US $500.00 is required along with rental agreement and
fully refunded upon satisfactory check-out inspection of the property.
Our rates include all charges to the guest except utilities surpassing $200.00 per month. If utilities
exceed cap, the surplus will be deducted from security deposit. The same will apply if something is
broken or missing.
