Small house in Sisco(Cap Corse) in Haute-Corse

Located in the green hills of Sisco village, in the wild region of
"Cap Corse",and surrounded by a
forest of olive trees and oak trees the house is an authentic corsican
stone building from the XVII
century,entirely renovated and fully furnished.
The house used to be the bakery of the village,you can still see the
wood fire oven
in the upstairs room.
-The house has 1 upstairs bedroom with 2 twin beds.
-a large terrace on roof top to enjoy the views
-a living/dining room area with 1 convertible sofa-bed (for 2 people)
-One bathroom with shower
-One small kitchen (fully equiped with ustensiles)
-TV & DVD player
-one washing machine for clothes

The house has heaters,1 shower,1 toilette,1 small kitchen with
conventional oven,micro-wave,stove,
expresso machine,1 electric BBQ
TV,DVD player.
Sleep 2 to 4 :

2 twin beds in the upstairs bedroom + 1 sofabed ( for 2 ) in living room.

Note: there is an extra room downstairs , could be used as an office

with desk and chair.

Please note:
-You will need a car to get around(no public transportation)
-The house is not adapted for handicapped people or small children(due
to the amount of steps and stairs)

At walking distance,you will discover numerous hiking trails and streams.
7 kilometers from the mediteranean sea ,you can enjoy
swimming,snorkeling,rent kayaks,horseback
ridding,restaurants at the beach by the Sisco Marina.
Very quiet and secluded,yet only 10 minutes drive from the marina of
Sisco,with its restaurants,
food stores,post-office and beach.
Only 30 minutes drive from the city of Bastia
And 1 hour drive from the international airport of Bastia-Poretta

from september 1st to may 29th: 400.00 euros per week (one week
minimum required)
from June 1st to August 31st: 500.00 euros per week (one week
minimum required)
Half deposit upon reservation (at least one month prior arrival).
