Beautiful KoOlina Resort Condo in Ko Olina

Bahama style, this beautiful unit sits among the swaying palms
overlooking a lush greenbelt within the The Coconut Plantation gated
community at KoOlina Resort. Completely upgraded with an all
Stainless Kitchen,Granite Counters, Marble Flooring, and large
Rattan Fans Living Room, Bedrooms & Den. Bathrooms have the added
touch of tropical wallpaper. Both Bedrooms queen beds, and custom
bedding. Each room has windows located on two sides, giving the
extra benefit of the soft trade winds. The Master Suite closes off
from rest of the condo with it's own private bath and private French
door to the Large Lanai. The Den can easily be converted to a third
bedroom with it's sleeper sofa. Kitchen is fully equiped with
upgraded appliances and all the ammenities you need to enjoy cooking
your own meals. All Bed and Bath Linen's are included along with
Soaps and Cleaning Supplies.
A small laundry room has full-sized Washer & Dryer.
Our condo bright & happy and offers lots of privacy. The Lanai is
spacious and has a Teak Table and six chairs. There is a fully
enclosed Garage and one other available parking spot. This unit is
under three years old and kept in immaculate condition. It has
primarily been used by our mainland guests and only recently has
been rented for a six month period. This is a
smoke free, pet free unit.

The Coconut Plantation, is in a private gated community within the
Ko Olina Resort. The property is built in the Old Plantation style
with covered Lanai's, The grounds are landscaped with beautiful
tropical plants and hundreds of swaying Coconut Palms, with lush
grassy areas everywhere. Other amenities include two swimming
pools,with Jacuzzis,BBQ,Recreation Area,and a grassy grove with
hammocks. The award winning Ted Robinson Championship Golf Course
surrounds the property. There are walking paths that wind
throughout,and only a short five minute walk to the spectacular
sandy beaches and aqua blue lagoons. Marriott's five star J.W.
Marriott Ihilani Hotel and Spa and two newly built Marriott Time
Shares offer lots of amenities, with inside and outside dining and
entertainment. There is also a Roy's Five Star Restaurant that just
opened this year.

The Marriott properties offer a wide range of recreational beach
rentals, They also offer daily Shuttle Service (for a fee) to
Waikiki. Honolulu International Airport is only 25 to 30 minutes
away, and 30 to 35 minutes to Waikiki. This is the sunny West end of
the island with many beautiful beaches. There is a beautiful Ko
Olina Marina that offers daily boating and snorkling excursions. You
can also arrange for half day and full day private fishing trips.
Within the Ko Olina Resort are many casual and fine dining
restaurants that include Roy's five star restaurant, and Chuck's
Steak House. There are several wonderful outside cafe's on the
property where you can watch the beautiful sunsets.

30 Day Minimum Rental Period: This is a requirement by the State of
Hawaii, Ko Olina Resort & Coconut Plantation Home Owner
Association's. NO exceptions!
Rental Deposit: 50% of total Rent, plus required Deposits due at
signing of Rental Agreement. Remaining balance is due 45 days prior
to check-in date.
Cancellation Policy: All deposits are fully refundable if we receive
written email notice within 60 days of check-in. Past 60 days and up
to 45 days notice, a 50% refund, and Past 45 days NO refund. PLEASE
NOTE; If we are able to re-rent our place,we will be happy to give a
full refund within 30 days of after renters check-in.
Damage & Key/Gate Fob Deposit: A $750 Deposit is due at signing of
lease agreement. No exceptions! This is 100% refundable with no
damage. A charge of $50 for lost keys and $75 for lost gate fobs
will be deducted from the $750 Deposit. If the condo or contents are
damaged, a fair and reasonable amount will be deducted from Deposit.
We have rarely had an damage incident, and always want to treat our
renters as we would like to be treated. Deposits are mailed within
30 days of check-out.
Cleaning Fee: This is non-Refundable and is the actual cost of our
cleaning service. We take pride in our high cleaning standards and
guarantee a spotless condo. All pillows & blankets are washed after
each rental, and replaced every 6 months.
Hawaii State G.E.& Rental Tax: A rate of 11.92% of total rent, not
including deposits. This is standard for all rentals on the island.
Utilities & Basic Cable are included: Specific channels and
programing can be added per the cost of our cable company.
