This home has 4 roomy bedrooms, 3 ? bathrooms and a 3 car garage with a private heated pool and hot-tub - everything that expensive hotel has and more. NOTE: One large bedroom on main floor with generous ensuite for seniors or disabled. It has over 2850 square feet of living space.

The backyard Pebble-Tec pool can be heated when required (MAY BE ADDITIONAL CHARGE) and the hot-tub is only minutes away from being hot and soothing. The pool has a safety fence and the patio door and outside pool gate closes automatically to prevent children from getting into the pool area. The patio has a outside fan and comfortable Better Homes and Gardens brand furniture to relax on and spend the day outside. 

A large flagstone patio has been added for the four cushy chairs that are gathered around a propane firepit.  The 10' offset umbrella keeps the sun off during the day.  Enjoy the warm toasty fireplace while watching children in the pool or hottub.

NEW!! Added a 32" color TV on the covered patio.  You can watch the game while you enjoy the weather outside.

NEW!! Just added a new laptop for your use.  Faster to surf the web than the old Dell.  Older computer still here as two may want to use internet.

All furniture is quality Ashley brand furnishings in current styles. The formal dining room
features 6 stylish upholstered chairs and a matching lighted china cabinet in order to dine in style when celebrating the holidays away from home. The matching entertainment unit contains a 42? plasma High Definition Panasonic TV with cable. The wireless internet connection in the upstairs loft office area is connected to a Dell computer for your use during your stay.

NEW for GOLFERS - Just Added - 2 sets of Golf Clubs (Callaway Big Bertha, King Snake, Odyssey putter, Cleveland Launcher) in Ping Cart Bags.  Guest may use these clubs during their stay.  Try a little golf in Arizona without having to rent clubs.

The solid maple kitchen cabinets with Silstone countertop and glass block detail are stocked with brand new dishes, coffee maker, pots and pans, toaster, and everything you would need for cooking. Your drink will be ready with crushed ice, cubes or just plain cold water from the double door refrigerator / freezer. The patio is equipped with a Ducane Grill for your Barbeque. The home has a washer and dryer in the laundry area.

All of the bathrooms contain good quality towels. Extra linens and blankets are provided. The master bedroom has a new King size mattress with Ashley brand bedroom linens. The two other upstairs bedrooms have brand new Simmons Brand Queen size mattresses. All bedrooms have overhead fans. The downstairs bedroom also has a Simmons Brand Queen size mattress with Ashley Brand Bedroom linens. The master suite has double doors, with a huge master ensuite with large walk in shower, garden bath with glass block detail, two sinks and makeup area. The ensuite has an amazing large walk in closet and linen closet as well.

**Jan. 5th - May 1st - $ 1,000.00 per week, 30 days - $ 3,500.00, 60 days - $6,000.00
**May 2nd - June 1st - $ 850.00 per week, 30 days - $ 3,000.00, 60 days - $5,000.00 
**June 2nd - Oct. 15th - $700.00 per week, 30 days - $ 2,000.00, 60 days - $ 3,500.00 
**Oct. 16th - Jan. 4th - $ 900.00 per week, 30 days - $ 3,200.00, 60 days - $ 5,900.00

* 150 Cleaning Fee (non-refundable) - ($200 per month - non-

* $500 Damage Deposit required up front / full rent required 2
weeks in advance - damage deposit
will be returned within 14 days. May be additional charge for pool
heating if gas meter shows exceptional increases.
