Las Brisas in Tulum

Charming & spacious 3 bedroom/ 2 bath beach home, sandiest part of Soliman Bay. Las Brisas is a newly remodeled rustic Mayan style palapa home, on the most sought after beach in the Mayan Riviera, PUNTA SOLIMAN, just 7 miles north of  Tulum pyramids.
The turquoise waters and white sands are just steps from your front door, and the bay is teeming with a lively array of tropical fish, included- but not limited to: angel fish in all shapes and colors, paradise fish, turtles (if you are lucky), parrot fish...lobster, conch and mantarays.
You can snorkel out to the reef which is nearby and serves as a barrier, so that the waters are always tranquil and user friendly, perfect for kids and seniors alike.
Punta Soliman is located 5 minutes from Xel-ha, and 10 minutes from
the town of Tulum. It is a low density neighborhood, with all of its natural beauty still preserved...making it an ideal location for birdwatching (herons, storks, spoonbills, parrots- during the winter season... please drive slowly & do not disturb them) stargazing, clothing optional sunbathing, hiking (to nearby cenotes...which are fresh water natural swimming pools), kayaking and just plain kicking back with an insanely cold CERVEZA beer.

Property is on 2 levels, first floor features a gorgeous open floor plan, with huge eat- in -kitchen, dining room, and ground floor bedroom with bath, with stunning ocean views from every window.
Second floor features 2 outdoor terraces where you can sunbathe, read a book, enjoy the stars, or have your morning coffee con leche. There is a huge master bedroom with bath, and a second/ third bedroom, easily accessible to the sea breezes and beach.

Las Brisas has a total of 4 beds: two queen size beds + a double bed + an extra twin bed. 
The kitchen is fully equipped, some staples provided.
The Caribbean Ocean breezes are glorious, and cool the whole house quite sufficiently, since the ocean is 30 feet from the door, and there are ceiling fans in every room. We do not provide internet..or TV so you can "truly" get away from civilization and enjoy your experience, immersing yourself in the beautiful surroundings,( nevertheless  smartphones work here on the beach & there are dozens of Internet cafes 10 minutes away in Tulum town).
Please note that you will not be sharing this beachfront home with anyone..it is a single family structure on a single family lot.( Many accomodations on Soliman Bay have anywhere from 2 to 6 units on 1 site meaning you may be sharing your holiday with other people, and it does get crowded.)
Las Brisas is a charming Mayan style single family home, where a family of 5 or 6 persons can have utmost privacy in a natural eco-setting. No TV, no internet, NO DISTRACTIONS...just time to talk and bond. Just you and turquoise blue waters, palm trees, raucious parrots...and skittering crabs.

You will have 49.5 feet of beachfront to yourself..the ultimate in PRIVACY. This is your exclusive eco-tourist destination, with all the creature comforts. We can also arrange for massages on your own private beach, yoga-lessons and a cook- & even a nanny.

Sunbathing, kicking back with a "cerveza", snorkeling, going for long walks on the beach, stargazing, and taking long naps. Naturists most welcome!!! Xel-ha, a large natural park is 6 minutes away where you can swim with dolphins, snorkel in a pristine lagoon with turtles & angelfish, among other activities. Tulum is a 10 minute drive, where you can explore the gorgeous Mayan Ruins, and Coba another 30 minutes away.. has some of the most spectacular jungle ruins in the area. Tulum has a selection of first class restaurants, and mom and pop taco stands , both of which are quite delicious. (see our in-house list of favorites). Tulum beach is worth spending a day on..it is a wide as a football field.. as long as the eye can see. We have an extensive list of suggestions at your disposal.
