Cozy "old Tahoe" Log Cabin in the heart of Tahoe City. Sleeps 8.  A very comfortable and relaxed atmosphere.  Pet friendly.  

Minutes walk to downtown Tahoe City shopping and restaurants.  Hiking, biking, and cross country skiing trails behind town.  Tahoe City Golf course is less than a mile down the road.  Area ski resorts 15-20 minutes drive.

Beautiful family room with a large stone fireplace. Recently updated kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. Two large bedrooms upstairs, each with a queen bed and a twin bed. One downstairs bedroom, has a queen bed, the other bedroom has a queen futon. The front deck is covered.
The back deck is private with a peek view of the lake.

Tired after a long day of hiking or skiing?  Relax in the hot tub on the back deck.  This is a perfect Lake Tahoe retreat!

Will consider 3 to 5 month ski lease this winter. $2200.00 month
plus deposit with final cleaning and any breakage deducted.
Snow removal and utilities for the duration of the lease to be paid
by the lessee. Signed lease and total payment to be paid at the time of signing lease.

15-20 minutes drive to north shore Ski Resorts, Alpine Meadows, Squaw, Northstar and Homewood. Mountain trails for hiking, snow shoeing, cross country skiing, and snow mobiling just down the street. Downtown Tahoe City, resturants, shops and entertainment is within walking distance.

$1200.00-$2500.00 week
$2200.00-$3000.00 month
Holiday weeks such as Christmas, New Years. and July 4th will be at
the higher weekly rate of $2500.00 ( full week required)
3 night minimum for weekends

3-5 month ski lease; $2200/mo plus utilities, plus snow removal at $150/mo and firewood at your expense
