This beautiful historic house was originally built in 1902. Completed in 2008, it was transformed from a 2 bedroom, 1 bath, 1100 sq feet to 4 bedrooms, 4 and a half bath 4000 sq foot masterpiece. You will still be able to find historic details from the original home - the original fir floor, wide boards from the frame converted to flooring, brick from the original fireplace on both fireplaces and in the wine cellar, the original 1902 sink restored in the butlers pantry.

The kitchen truly is a chefs dream. Granite counter tops, subway tile and glass tiles frame the kitchen perfectly. All the appliances are Thermadore, including the 6 burner, double oven with a griddle. Plenty of counter space as well as a prep sink complete with disposal will be the perfect place to gather after a hike or hard day on the slopes.

Every bedroom has a walk-in closet and its own private bath, each done with subway and glass tile. The large master suite features a reading area and gas fireplace. The master bath, done in Carrara marble, was a large jetted tub, double farm sinks and a steam shower with rain head. A true spa to rest in after a hard day of playing.
