Luxury Townhome in Settler's Creek in Keystone

Welcome to our home away from home! Our Keystone vacation rental is a
2-bedroom, 2-bathroom town home located in the upscale area of
Settler's Creek at Keystone. You won't find a larger 2-bedroom condo
with high-end amenities like ours anywhere in Keystone!
Just off the entry, the high-end kitchen boasts hardwood floors,
granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and pretty much
everything you'll need for your stay. The kitchen overlooks the main
living area where you'll love a stone fireplace, brand new leather
furniture, and beautiful views of the mountains outside. The formal
dining room lies just off the kitchen and has a table with seating for
6, and access to the back patio. A gas grill is conveniently located
for your use just outside the back door, where you will enjoy
beautiful views as you prepare dinner.
A separate hallway just past the kitchen leads to both bedrooms and
the full-size second bathroom. A queen bed can be found in the master
along with a full dresser, spacious closet and a flat screen TV. A
private bath in the master suite includes dual sinks, a separate
shower toilet area, and a whirlpool tub. The 2nd bedroom down the hall
has 2 sets of bunk beds and sleeps 4 people. Access to the second full
bath is just outside the bedroom door in the hallway. The second bath
boasts a large tiled counter, a full size tub and tile floors.
Just outside of our unit, you'll find a large ski closet that is
spacious enough for bikes, skiis and other personal items that you
bring for your stay. Don't forget about the full size washer and dryer
inside our unit making laundry a snap.
Minnies Cabin is our neighborhood clubhouse, and it's located directly
across the street from our town home. Here you'll love the warm rustic
atmosphere where the kids can play pool, you can entertain large
groups, or you can enjoy the heated pool and hot tub. There is also
extra parking at Minnies Cabin for your guests, and the bus stop for
the Keystone Village is right outside your front door.
Settler's Creek is located just beyond Keystone Village on highway 6,
and is only a 5 minute bus ride from the Village. The peaceful
setting, private pool and hot tub, and the size of our condo more than
make up for the time you'll spend on the bus, and is never a major
concern for our guests.
