Housekeeping twice a month included in monthly rentals.
Security deposit - $ 2,000
Full rent and deposit is due 45 days prior to rental period.

Cancellation policy:
We keep 15% of the reservation deposit if canceled before the 45 days prior to the rental period = $150 (15% of $1000)

Between 30 & 45 days prior to the rental period, we keep 25% of the rental rate;
Between 15 & 30 days, we keep 50% unless we re-rent it for the same period, then we keep 25%;
15 days or less, we keep 100%,  unless we re-rent it for the same period, then we keep 25%.
