Level 1: Carport, fish cleaning station,  outside shower, gas grilling station on a covered deck with chairs and table and lighting for 24 hour grilling and charcoal grill, inside gameroom with miniature fooz ball, cable Flat screen TV and surround sound with VCR and DVD, family games and video library.
Level 2: BR w/2 bunk beds, with one bunk bottom being a full bed.  TV.  BR with two twins and TV, full bath, laundry,
Master Bedroom w/king, full bath with Jacuzzi, CATV, 32 in Flat screen. Walk out to deck with 6 person hot tub from the master bedroom or enter the hot
tub from outside.
Level 3: Queen BR with TV, full bath with brand new, large tile shower.  Bathroom can be entered off the greatroom too.  The 3rd level is very open and airy, can walk out to the front deck or side deck with picnic table and to the widow's walk for beautiful ocean views.  A 50 inch flatscreen and theatre system has been added this year, PLUS Brand New Carpet throughout the house. The eating area is large with easy access to the fully equipped kitchen.  Kitchen offers a bar area for guests to relax while the cook prepares a meal of freshly caught fish.

All bedrooms have TV and some with DVD or VCR

Our home offers decks for all occasions:  Downstairs covered deck for grilling; huge gas grilling station lighted for evening cooking.  Covered deck on the second level for the hot tub (outdoor speakers to enjoy your favorite music) and swing to enjoy coffee and reading, sun decks on the front side of the house and covered deck off the kitchen with picnic table for easy access for breakfast, lunch and dinner (crabs and beer).  The most awesome views are seen from the widow's walk- 32ft up with outdoor speakers.

sound side beach for its guests that offers a jungle gym. Perfect
for the rough days on the beach. Less than a 5 minute drive.
Public beach access 4 blocks north if you dont feel like walking to
