Location: Tamarindo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica, Central America (less than 1 hour from Liberia International Airport). 3 kilometres (2 miles) of Tamarindo downtown and beach. 1 kilometre (half a mile) of Villareal de Tamarindo, a typical Tico's town. It is advisable to rent a car.
Parking: on the street but secure because "cul de sac".

$ 375 a week for 1 or 2 persons / $ 475 a week for 3 or 4 persons, all included.
Season: May to June and September to November.
$ 275 a week for 1 or 2 persons / $ 375 a week for 3 or 4 persons, all included.
Christmas, New Year's and Easter: $ 500 a week, all included.
If needed, we have special prices for long term rental.
Deposit: a 50% deposit (wire transfer or PayPal) is required to book your reservation. Final payment needs to be paid in full 30 days prior to arrival date. Damage deposit is required before enter.
