Monarch Cove Condominiums are located on Horseshoebend and two miles from the Bagnell Dam by water.
This unit has 1050 square feet of living space with a large walk out deck. Also available is a
twelve by thirty-two foot boat slip for exclusive use by renter. This resort has three heated pools
and two hot tubs located a short walk away. There is also a lighted waterfront promenade which
provides beautiful views in any direction.
Both Bedrooms have queen-sized beds. The unit is furnished with designer sofa, sitting chair, and
coffee table in the living room, along with a gas fireplace. The kitchen is complete with dishware,
silverware, cooking utensils, and pots and pans.
The living room has a walk out to your own furnished balcony complete with gas grill, sitting
chairs, and table.
You have a beautiful view from anywhere on this property and are minutes away from fun in every
direction!
