The building is within a block both of the subway station and the
park. This means the trendy neighborhood of Yorkville- equivalent to
Bond Street in London, UK or Fifth Avenue, New York - is within a 15
minute subway ride and the Business and Theatre districts of Bay and
Young streets are within a 25 minute subway ride or less than 20
minutes by car, virtually from the front door of the building.
The 1250 Sq Ft suite is fully furnished and equipped with: Wireless
Internet;
cable TV; maid service; full-sized laundry; VOIP phone service which
includes all long distance calls in Canada, the US and Western Europe.
The suite can comfortably sleep up to six individuals.
Each of the bedrooms is spacious enough to for two beds ample closet
and drawer space, whilst still having ‘walk about’ space for an
un-crowded feel. Thus the living/dining room area can remain at all
times space dedicated purely to relaxation and entertainment
The kitchens is a recent renovation, modern and fully equipped and is
large enough to include an eat-in area, which can accommodate at
least four people at the sit-down table provided.
The formal dining area provides elegant seating for a minimum of six
diners and can accommodate up to eight diners with ease.

The park, which is within a block of the front door, runs down to
Lake Ontario and contains numerous running/biking trails, restaurant,
open-air theatre, children’s petting zoo, large open air swimming pool
in the summer and ice-rink in the winter.
Bloor West village with it’s fashionable boutiques, coffee shops and
restaurants is within a five minute walk of the building.
On the same block, at the end of the street are, a convenience store,
post office/drug store, dry cleaners and a number of other
‘neighborhood, small cafes, restaurants and businesses and specialty
shops.
A large workout/health club is within a 3 minute walk of the building.
Not only does it come with a well stocked gym, workout
classes including, Yoga, Pilates, aerobics, etc, but also provides a
day-care on-site facility for it’s patrons.
