Vacation Rental Description

Immaculate Oceanfront Penthouse Suite.Wheel chair accessable. One
giant suite has six bedrooms and four baths. Boasts incredible
oceanviews, patios with barbeque, electric fireplaces, surround sound,
satellite TVs, DVD players, granite countertops, full kitchen with
dishwasher,refrigerator, stove, and microwave. We have a queen-size
sleeper couch in the living rooms. Including a Master bedroom
queen-size bed, second bedroom has queen-size bed and trundle bed that
sleeps two. Bedroom three has a bunk bed with a full on the bottom and
a twin on the top.Queen-size air mattresses and cots are available for
extra guests at no extra cost, another Master bedroom has own patio,
electric fireplace, king-size bed, TV, DVD and surround sound, and a
master bathroom with shower and jacuzzi bathtub. Second bedroom has
two queen-size beds. Third bedroom has queen-size bed. Queen-size air
mattresses and cots are available for extra guests at no extra cost.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Beaches,pool,jacuzzi,clubhouse with pool tables, barbaque grills.
Direct TV with HBO and Cinemax on 4 TVs. 3 fireplaces, wheel chair
accessible. Gigantic Patio that overlooks the ocean (50 ft by 20
ft)with 2 electric barbeque grills.

Activities and Attractions

10 minutes to city of Rosarito and 10 minutes to Puerto Nuevo (lobster
village). Next to Las Rocas Hotel and spa. 30 minutes from Tijuana
and 30 minutes from Ensenada. Next to beach, restaurants,shopping,flea
markets. Close to deep sea fishing (Ensenada) and Racetrack (Tijuana) 

Vacation Rental Rates

$700 a night- peak season requires 3 night minimum on weekends.
$3400 week rate. 
$400 refundable security deposit.
$85 non-refundable cleaning deposit.
