in a secluded enclosed lush tropical setting on 2 acres with 300 feet  
of waterfront. Located only 10 minutes from Miami South Beach and 15  
minutes from the airport.There is great fishing off the dock and tennis rackets are available.  
The kids will have a great yard to play in while you lay in the  
hammock and sip on your favorite drink. The Miami Shores Golf Club is  
located 3 minutes away for the vacation golfers to enjoy. Beds: 1  
king, 1 queen, 2 twins, 1 roll-a-way.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Tennis court, dock, oversize pool, fireplace,2 zone air-conditioning,  
BBQ grill, outside shower, washer/dryer, linens included, dishwasher,  
telephone, double/oven, microwave, toaster, coffeemaker,

gates. Pets are permitted. Extras: Large coral stone patio  
overlooking Biscayne Bay. Detached guesthouse 3 bedroom/2 baths with  
separate living room, and fully applianced kitchen, privacy assured

Dining Room: Beautiful glass and stone dining table seats eight (8),  
leads to patio overlooking Biscayne Bay. 
Music Room (Den): Located off Living room, stereo, Cd player. 
Kitchen: Oversized kitchen with breakfast room leads to patio  
overlooking Biscayne Bay and pool. 
Upstairs: Master Suite: Oversize bedroom with a king size four poster  
draped bed. Private balcony overlooking tropical fruit garden and  
Biscayne Bay and tennis court. Master bathroom with separate shower. 
Guest Bedroom: Queen-size four post bed. 
Guest Bedroom: White wicker twin beds overlooking pool and Biscayne  
Bay. 
Television Room: (optional bedroom) Located upstairs, large 35" TV  
with cable, leather couches overlooking Biscayne Bay. (There is a  
roll away bed available.
