A self-catering villa with views of the new Pete Dye Heron Point golf course. 

This exquisite 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhouse is just minutes to Harbour Town and the Sea Pines 
Racquet Club! 

Views of the new Heron Point golf course and lagoon are seen from bedrooms, as well as the living 
room, dining room, kitchen, and deck. Just steps from the front door, you’ll be spoiled for choices. 
Should you walk left two minutes to the pool, right two minutes to the on-site tennis courts, or 
cross the street to do some boutique shopping at the quaint Sea Pines Shopping Center? Both bedrooms 
are ensuite, with baths and showers. In addition, they each have a TV for your convenience, as well 
as a flat-screen television in the living room. In less than 10 minutes you can bike to the beach, 
South Beach Marina, or club house for both Ocean Course and Heron Point golf course, hop on the Sea 
Pines trolley, or park your car down at the Sea Pines Beach Club! 
This villa is perfect for golfers and families.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Blue Room has a King size bed with ensuite bath (including a garden bathtub and shower). 

The Yellow Room has a King size bed with ensuite bath (including a bathtub and shower). The king can 
be made into two twin beds. Please notify us before arrival if you would prefer the twin bed setup.

There is a pull-out sofa on the first floor. Also on the first floor is a half-bath.

The kitchen has been remodeled and has all the amentities for a perfect night in.

There is a full-size washer and dryer, washing machine, microwave, stove, wet bar, and a deck.

This is a non-smoking units and, unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the complex.

This property is managed by Sea Pines Property Management Company, allowing our guests access 24/7 
in case of any problems; as well as two free hours of tennis at the HarbourTown tennis complex.
