furnished with everything you will need for a short term stay, including towels, sheets, tvs, dvd,
coffee maker, washer & dryer.

personal water craft rentals, biking, side-walk which runs along Ft. Pickens Rd., scuba dive the
largest man made reef the USS Oriskany Aircraft Carrier, deepsea fishing, snorkling, Ft Pickens
Campground. Visit the world famous Naval Air Museum and IMAX theater, home of the Blue Angels.

Located directly across Ft Pickens Road in front of one of Pensacola Beach's best "Surf Spot" locally know as the "Cross".   The Cross has an Outside and Mid Sand Bar Break great for both Longboard, SUP, and Shortboard Waves.  Great view of the entire break from the Balcony of "Sunny Dayz".  Surf before or after work and the weekends right in front of the Condo walking distance.   When the Fall/Winter Waves start marching in; the Cross is not any better break along the Gulf Coast area.
