Three Bedroom Chalet located 5 miles from Jay Peak Ski area and a couple of miles from Montgomery Center. Great food is near by!  Mountain Bike Trails are out the front door. Hiking the Long Trail is within 10 minutes. Fishing is right out back in the Hannah Clark Brook and skiing is 15 minutes. Snow shoeing or cross country skiing is off the front steps of the deck. This is a very private location near the end of a private dead end road just off Route 242 in
Montgomery. It's a very quiet and peaceful location! A great place to vacation.

beautiful challet in a beautiful location

The Challet was very easy to find using a gps or mapquest. When we arrived we were greeted by the landlord who took us on a brief tour of the house. It was very clean, and was well stocked with bedding and towels, no need to bring your own. There is a fireplace supplied with firewood. As well as a wrap around porch. The house is very spacious, and will sleep eight people very comfortabley.
I would recommend this property to anyone who wants to spend a weekend relaxing, skiing, or hiking. Jay Peak is only minutes away. I really enjoyed it, and would love to go back one day.

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing

Owners response: The chalet is in a very quiet and secluded location but yet close to everything! It is a great place to relax and I am pleased to have people enjoy it when I can't be here myself! For anyone that likes the outdoors for hiking, biking, skiing, hunting, fishing, or just getting away this is a great place to be. I try to make it as comfortable as possible and since many of my tenants come from far away, I try to make sure everything they need will be here. Thanks.
