beaches to the west. The beaches
are never crowded, because the island allows no high rise buildings.
You can walk for 7 unobstructed
miles along the sandy beaches, or collect a wide variety of shells.
Enjoy expansive views of the water from your living room or bedroom.
Or relax and enjoy the sunset
from your lanai. A private dock provides a space for fishing in the
Sarasota Bay, or docking a boat
for deep water fishing excursions. The Gulf of Mexico is at your
front door, with great swimming,
wide sandy beaches, shells, children's playgrounds, and beautiful
sunsets. The Sarasota Bay is at
your back door, with a pool and picnic spot overlooking the water.
There are 2 golf courses on the
island, and 45 more within minutes. Bring your boat, fishing and
snorkeling gear, and golf clubs,

The town of Bradenton Beach, on Anna Maria Island, offers prize
winning restaurants, grocery
shopping, and many fine boutiques and beach shops. There is also a
free trolley car that travels the
length of the island. Sarasota, the cultural capital of Florida, is a
20 minute drive away, offering
world class music, dance, and theater performances. Tampa is a
beautiful 50 minute drive over
bridges and along the Tampa Bay.

Amenities include an uncrowded beach and heated swimming pool, barbq
and picnic area overlooking the
Sarasota Bay, and a private dock for fishing and boat storage. There
are 2 lanai, with beautiful
water views from every window. Air conditioning and covered parking
are provided. Also included:
-A washer and dryer in the condo.
-Fully equipped kitchen with full size refrigerator, dishwasher,
stove, microwave, ice maker, dishes
and cooking utensils.
-All linens.
-Beach and flotation toys, beach chairs, and beach towels.
-Cable TV, DVD/VCR player, CD stereo player, telephone and high speed
internet connection.

The main attraction on the island is the beautiful, sandy beach.
Other attractions include charter
fishing, para-sailing, jet skiing, sail boating, scuba diving,
snorkeling, kayaking, biking, tennis,
scooter rentals, air boat tours, dinner theater, and golf. Boats,
bicycles, and sports gear may be
rented on the island.

There are 2 golf courses on the island, and 45 more within minutes.
The courses range from executive
to PGA style courses to British Lynx courses designed by the likes of
Robert Trent Jones, Jack
Nicklaus and Arnold Palmer. Anna Maria Island is 15 minutes from the
David Leadbetter Golf Academy.

May 2-Dec 14: $1,200 per week, $2,800 to $3,400 per month depending
upon month.
Florida taxes of 10.5% and a cleaning fee of $75 also apply to all
rentals.
