As you can see in our photos, this is a wonderful place to relax and
enjoy the incredible views of the Rubicon Canal, the private boat
docks and heated pool from our spacious screened in lanai. Our unit
is significantly more spacious at 1700 square feet compared to most
of the available rentals typically listing at 1200 to 1500 square
feet.

All furnishings are top shelf and are brand new for your pleasure.
Entrance Foyer, Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Area have tile
floors. The Bedrooms are carpeted and include a Master Suite with a
King bed and a Guest Room with a Queen bed. In addition, the Sitting
Room, which includes a Lazy-Boy sofa bed with air mattress, is also
carpeted.

Living Room entertainment center includes a 40 inch wide screen HDTV
with cable, DVD Player, CD Player and Home Theater Stereo System with
five speakers. Adjoining Kitchen has a large counter with three
comfortable high back bar stools for casual eating or you can opt for
more formal dining at the circular glass table in the Dining Area
overlooking the waterway.

Amenities include Master Bathroom with Jacuzzi soaking tub, Living
Room with entertainment center with wide screen HDTV and Home Theater
Stereo System, Wireless Internet, Kitchen with Microwave Oven and
Refrigerator with through-the-door ice maker, Central Air
Conditioning, Ceiling Fans throughout, In-Unit Laundry Room with new
high capacity Washer and Dryer, Heated Swimming Pool with jetted Hot
Tub, private one-car garage with automatic door opener and private

May Thru November - In Spring-Summer season both monthly and weekly rentals are
available.

• 2009 Spring-Summer season monthly rate is $1900/month plus the Florida
  required 11% rental tax.
• 2009 Spring-Summer season weekly rate is $1000/week. Owner's Special Weekly Offer includes a second consecutive week included at $500.00. The Florida required 11% rental tax applies to weekly rental as well.

December Thru April - During the Winter season our Vacation Condo is offered on a monthly basis only.

• 2010 Winter season rate is $2600/month plus the Florida required 11% rental tax.

Monthly and weekly rates include all utilities and use of our private 1-car garage, pool, hot tub, boat
dock, wide screen cable TV and wireless internet.

We also ask for a $1200 Security Deposit, which is fully refunded to you at the end of your stay. In addition, a one-time $150 Departure Cleaning Fee is also necessary.

To make a reservation a $100.00 Condo Association Application Fee per couple is required.
