As you can see in our photos, this is a wonderful place to relax and
enjoy the incredible views of the Rubicon Canal, the private boat
docks and heated pool from our spacious screened in lanai. Our unit
is significantly more spacious at 1700 square feet compared to most
of the available rentals typically listing at 1200 to 1500 square
feet.

All furnishings are top shelf and are brand new for your pleasure.
Entrance Foyer, Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Area have tile
floors. The Bedrooms are carpeted and include a Master Suite with a
King bed with 26 inch HDTV and a Guest Room with a Queen bed. In addition, the Sitting Room, which includes a Lazy-Boy sofa bed, is also
carpeted.

Living Room entertainment center includes a 40 inch wide screen HDTV
with cable, DVD Player, CD Player and Home Theater Stereo System with
five speakers. Adjoining Kitchen has a large counter with three
comfortable high back bar stools for casual eating or you can opt for
more formal dining at the circular glass table in the Dining Area
overlooking the waterway.

Amenities include Master Bathroom with Jacuzzi soaking tub, Living
Room with entertainment center with wide screen HDTV and Home Theater
Stereo System, Wireless Internet, Kitchen with Microwave Oven and
Refrigerator with through-the-door ice maker, Central Air

The rental rate for this elegant second floor penthouse apartment is based on the season. To keep our unit enjoyable for all, we no not permit smoking inside the Condo. Smoking is permitted outside on our Lanai unit. This smoking policy is strictly enforced.

RENTAL RATES

APRIL THRU NOVEMBER - In Spring-Summer season:

• 2013 Spring-Summer season rate is $2000/month plus the Florida
  required 11% rental tax.

DECEMBER THRU MARCH - During the winter season:

• 2013 - 2014 Winter season rate is $2700/month plus the Florida required 11% rental tax.

SECURITY DEPOSIT & RENTAL FEES

To make a reservation a non-refundable Condo Association Application Fee of $100.00 per couple is required.

To keep our Condo looking great for next couple, a one-time $150 Departure Cleaning Fee is also necessary.

We also ask for a $1200 Security Deposit, which is fully refunded to you at the end of your stay.

Rental rates include all utilities and use of our private 1-car garage, pool, hot tub, boat dock, wide screen cable TV and wireless internet.
