West Bay Beach - Casa de Paradise/Pent House in Roatan/Bay Islands

This high-end Beach House is located right on West Bay Beach with an ocean view from the 2 bedrooms
and grand living room that opens out by double French doors to an expansive terrace. Envision
yourself swinging in the hammock or lounging with a cool drink. Listen to the tropical birds, watch
the little green hummingbirds in flight for sweet nectar and of course nap in the cool breezes and
sounds of gentle ocean waves.

It's a paradise and so beautifully decorated with Caribbean style warm mahogany woods, carved doors
from mainland Honduras, beautiful oil paintings that show off the Honduran culture and art from a
beautiful Country of beautiful people. We have a great appreciation for our island friends with

In our Pent House at Casa de Paradise, we provide fine linens, bath and beach towels, paper and soap
products for bathrooms and kitchen, bottled water for drinking, lock box, wireless internet access,
satellite TV/DVD/Stereo (plus my tropical music CDs, a few good DVDs and books to read), large fully
equipped stainless steel kitchen with eating bar and dining room table, daily room service, air
conditioning and tax all included in the weekly price. If you like coffee, we give you a pound of
our organic, deep-roasted and freshly ground coffee from our private coffee plantation on the
Mainland in Olancho, Honduras. You can brew it every morning in your coffee pot and have the
freshest coffee available on the island.

At the beach, you will enjoy our beach loungers, water floaters and kayaks. You can walk to fine
restaurants on the beach or grill seafood in the outside kitchen provided for our guests.

We will send our driver to pick you up at the airport and he will take you to the lcoal grocery
store so you can pick up food and drink items on your way to West Bay Beach.

Great activities abound on the Island of Roatan. West Bay Beach is one of the top-ten rated beaches
of the world where you can go diving, snorkeling, swimming, sun bathing and beach lounging (my
favorite), running or walking on the 1/2 mile long West Bay Beach (the same beach used for the Tri-
Athelon bound Olympic contestants), also guided island boat tours to historical Port Royal (past
home to over 5,000 legendary pirates) is a new attraction. There are day sails, fun kayak trips,
horseback riding along deserted beaches, day trips by boat through the protected mangroves ending up
at the famous Hole in the Wall Restaurant in Jonesville. You can rent a car and drive to the end of
this 35 mile long island - road ends up by Diamond Rock just before Port Royal. If you like
history, read "Roatan Oddesey". Take your book to BJ's Restaurant where she'll even autograph it
for you right there in Oakridge. Don't forget to drive by the Iguana Farm just past French Harbour
to walk among some of the World's largest Iguanas - I'm not kidding. We have a few zip lines for
those who enjoy zipping thru rain forests down to the natural Bird and Monkey Park and where you can
walk across a real rope swinging bridge. You can schedule a visit at the AKR's Dolphin Encounter
which could be a highlight of your trip. Come and get to know us, there's so much to see and do
here on the beautiful island of Roatan. I didn't even talk about shopping and some of the best
silver island-made jewelry sold at sunset right out on the beach in front of Casa de Paradise. Then
there's Sundowners in West End where all the locals and guests like you come to watch the sun go
down and enjoy 2 for 1. Once a week there's a special dinner theatre with some leading stars on
stage - still playing by such popular demand a murder mystery with CD tunes from our all-time
favorite Jimmy Buffett - all happening down in West End at the new Lighthouse Restaurant. If you're
