Fully furnished beachfront condo on beautiful Gulf of Mexico, located
on Indian Rocks Beach, between Clearwater and St. Petersburg. This
is a quiet location perfect for couples or families - with easy
access to activities and area interests. Enjoy beautiful sunsets,
swim in the private heated pool located on the beach, or go for a
walk on the beach. Also, walking distance to many local shops and
great bars and restaurants.
This condo is meticulously maintained and very clean!!! The living
room and master bedroom open onto the balcony where you
can enjoy morning, noon, and evening views of the Gulf and Beach.
This second floor condo offers privacy in a 23 unit access secured,
building with covered parking. The bedrooms have one queen and two
full size beds. There is a dining area, living room, and fully
equipped kitchen. There are no pets allowed and no smoking is
permitted.

Relaxing on the beach vacation

This was a newly furnished, well appointed condo with direct beach access. The facilities are well maintained, and the location in Indian Rock Beach is less frenetic than further down in the Treasure Island and Madeira area. Ideally located to go to activities north or south -first night's dinner was across the street at Keagan's and had the best fish of the trip. Note that the condo is located on the side, not facing view directly to the beach. You can glimpse the Gulf if you stand and look sideways -but this proves to be an advantage late in the day when the sun streams in and your balconies stay cool. The pool was small but clean -and most of the time we had the pool to ourselves. It also affords beautiful views of the sunsets. The beach access is easy, with water spigots to help wash sand off before heading upstairs. Most mornings and evenings were spent on the beach and the condo offers all the beach toys, towels you can use. Kitchen is well stocked, the washer and dryer worked well and were used (we managed with carry-ons this 10 day trip). Visited the local sites including Heritage Village, Indian Rocks Beach, Dunedin and Safety Harbor's historical Museums.If you like pristine empty beaches and shelling, try Honeymoon Island and take the ferry to Caledsi - plan for 4 hours at least. DeSoto had beautiful beaches and was wide open when we were there.In Safety Harbor, located near their town museum, is a public dock (free) that we enjoyed the fisherman pulling in mullet and watching many manatees sunning. If you have a family, both bedrooms are comfortable with lots of storage, tv's -a comfortable quiet place to settle in after busy days on the beach. Would highly recommend to friends and family. Owners answered all questions and were prompt with returning the deposit.One note: Plan on buying bottled water and extra toilet paper for the condo. All in all, we had a great trip and we couldn't ask for more.

Recommended for: age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, sight seeing, romantic getaway
