The master bath offers indulgent retreat with two-person tub, along with rain-head and hand-held fixtures in large separate shower. A luxurious residence, convenient to both the City of Napa and the Silverado Trail, the residents' "secret" road to Napa Valley's wineries and vineyards.
Main home has three bedrooms and three and one-half baths and sleeps a
maximum of six with space for an additional four guests in the 1600 s.f. guest house that is automatically included with the main house. The guest house has recently been fully repainted,
carpeted, tiled and professionally decorated. This house includes
living room, kitchen, bath, downstairs bedroom with queen bed, and upper
level loft over living room with king bed. The guest house has splendid
views from living room, deck, and lower bedroom.

The kitchen in main home has top of the line Thermador appliances with cooktop
located on island to enjoy view and visiting with friends while cooking.
Guest house kitchen has refrigerator and simple stove for preparing
breakfast. Stereo system in main house is wired into every room. 42" HD
flat screen tv with all premium cable chanels (including HBO;Showtime, etc)
located in great room of main home and additional HD tv with all channels
located in living room of guest house. Wine cooler and wine glasses located
in separate area off kitchen. Homes are tastefully and fully furnished.

Napa Valley is one of the premium vacation destinations in the United States,
with world class wineries, restaurants, breath-taking scenery and a
mediterranean climate. Downtown Napa (just 4 minutes by car) has more than a dozen multi-winery tasting rooms and the Napa Valley Wine Train station (for
elegant or casual train rides through Napa Valley is located even closer).
Hot air balloning is a blissful experience. Valley also has numerous golf
courses (9 and 18 hole), hiking and biking opportunities, and many sweet
spots for a picnic while overlooking beautiful scenery.

City of Napa Vacation Rental License No. VR09-0013; City of Napa Business License No. 26106. Rental rate is $975. During off-season, or for some longer stays, it may be possible to rent main house alone for $800 per night. Three day minimum stay. Discounts may be available for rentals longer than three days depending on season. Renters also pay cleaning fee of $275. In addition, 12% occupancy tax payable to the City of Napa on all charges. Please rent only from licensed vacation rentals for your own protection.
