Fully Furnished 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom ranch style house
with central heat and air conditioning, Cable (2) TV's, DVD player,
VCR, Local phone, High Speed Internet service is now available on request,
Washer/Dryer, Full kitchen, with Dishwasher and
Microwave, Ceiling fans throughout the house.
Dining area with plenty of cooking and dining items to use (dishes,
glassware, pots & pans, utensils, etc.) There is also an Outdoor Grill
The house is located on NE 5th street near Middleton Rd. and is just
a few blocks from the beach on a quiet street just south of the
Intracoastal waterway. There is a large 24' x 16' deck with a picnic
table on the back of the house, and a screened porch sitting area on
the south side of the house.

All linens are included with your stay along with fresh home baked
muffins on your arrival.........
Directions from Charlotte NC: (approximately 3 hrs-45 min.)
Take 74 east to 211 (Traffic Light) turn right and go about 35
minutes south towards Southport NC to 133 (Traffic Light) turn right
at the light and cross the bridge to Oak Island. Directions are also
available from other directions if needed.

Oak Island beaches, relaxing vacation,... watching the grass
grow.......swimming, fishing, or just some time away at your home
away from home. Oak Island is just 30 minutes south of Wilmington
and 45 minutes from the North Myrtle Beach area. If you have any
questions or particular interests please let us know, and we will
try to answer you back right away.

Seasonal nightly rates are:

During spring and summer from May 16th 2009 until September 7th 2009
$135/night and $825/week
During fall and winter from September 7th 2008 to March 19th 2010.
$95/night and $575/week $1,600/month
From March 20th 2010 to May 14th 2010.
$115/night and $675/week
Rentals that include major holidays during fall and winter are $105/night
Availability calendar shows the nights that are reserved, checkout is
11:00 A.M. the morning following the last night reserved.
3 Night Minimum
Please contact me with any questions you may have about the house or
the Oak Island NC area, and I will respond to them asap.
During spring and summer, reservations of 4 nights or less can
only be made within two weeks of the requested check in date.
If there will be more than 6 people staying at the house there may be
an additional charge. Checkout time is normally by 11:00 A.M.
Cancellation policy in effect for all cancellations within 30 days of
arrival date including cancellations due to weather conditions unless
there is a Hurricane forecast for the Oak Island area.
