nature and the trickling stream. Lots of room to spread out (1.2 acres
with over 60 trees); to run or just "be"

County) 4,100 sq ft with three garages for your cars and toys. One has an
exercise area with a punching bag. Game table has poker and
bumper pool. Jacuzzi on the deck off the main bedroom.

Private entry with gate, fireplace, exercise area, big screen TV,
barbecue, gazebo, wood suuplied in winter, trash service and park like front and back yards. Three minutes to
Lake or Ski Resorts, 5 minutes to downtown stores. Quiet setting.

Welcome to Big Bear Lake, California. Big Bear is a small community
that sits in the mountains above the city of San Bernardino.

You can hike in the beautiful National Forest or grab your bike for a
trip on one of the many riding trails. If you want to get wet, take a
boat on the lake for a leisurely afternoon of fishing or swimming.
Plenty of places to breath the fresh air and blue skies we see on a
daily basis. If you like skiing, snowboarding or just playing in the
snow we have two ski resorts and two snow play areas for the whole
family to enjoy.

There are several restaurants to choose from ranging from fast food to
fancy dining. If you�re looking for a peaceful quite afternoon grab a
hot dog and head to the lake or local park to read and relax!

Off season starts in April week days $400.00 per night.
Off season week ends $500.00 per night 2 night minimum
WINTER and Holidays $700.00 to 1,100 per night depending on length and dates.
