the Ocean Hammock Golf Club 
Resort, a stunning and challenging golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. 

Best of all, all of our condos include FREE access to a heated
ocean-front pool, a second large 
heated pool with a gradual slope for kids, a "water splash zone" for
kids, a brand new fitness 
center, a game room, a jacuzzi and a selection of picturesque walking
and jogging trails. 

AND, all of our Palm Coast Florida condos are just a few steps away
from cinnamon colored sand of 
Ocean Hammock’s private beach.  

This is Cinnamon Beach Condo Unit 732 in the Ocean Hammock Beach
Resorts in Palm Coast, Florida
(which is on the East Coast of Florida - south of St. Augustine &
north of Daytona Beach Florida). 

This is in Cinnamon Beach building 7, third floor . We also manage in
the same buidling 7 at 
Cinnamon Beach condo 734, 735 (same floor) and 752,753,754 (5th
floor), 761, 762 (6th floor).

This brand newly furnished and painted single-level floor plan condo
sleeps up to 10 and is 
accessible by both elevator and stairs and provides 1910 square feet
of exquisitely detailed living 
space. As you enter the foyer you are greeted by 9-foot ceilings,
tiled floors, recessed lighting, a 
large HDTV, and a newly furnished interior designed to offer luxurious
relaxation. Head down the 
hall and you will get your first glimpse of the ocean. 

Relax in our 3 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 10 guests and includes
a direct ocean front view 
from the tiled balcony of our condo. We also have high speed cable
Internet for guests who bring 
their lap top computers. 

The open floor plan allows easy access to the dining and living areas
with views throughout. The 
dining area is ready for casual or more formal dining, whatever you
prefer. Our kitchen is spacious 
and is fully equiped. All cookware and tableware is included. Generous
seating space is provided in 
the living area for you and your guests to relax. Enjoy the HDTV, or
step outside and relax on the 
large balcony/terrace and smell the sea breeze. 

The oceanfront balcony is probably the true highlight for any guest.
With comfortable chairs and a 
table, tile floors and an overhead fan, this may be the only place you
dine during your vacation. 
Enjoy the sound of the surf, the smell of the crisp salt air and the
sight of moonlight shimmering 
on the ocean. 

The 3 bedrooms include a Master with a pillow top king bed, a brand
new LCD TV with DVD player set, 
private bath, tub and separate shower, as well as his/hers vanities.
The guest bedrooms are located 
at the opposite end of the unit for more privacy. Bedroom #2 has a
king size bed and a brand new LCD 
TV with DVD player set. Bedroom #3 has 1 single top of bunk bed, 1
double bottom of bunk bed and 1 
single and a flatscreen TV set & DVD player = sleeps a total of 4. The
sofa opens to a queen bed for 
extra sleeping space (sleeps 2). 

The Cinnamon Beach resort boasts 2 1/2 miles of private beach, an
amazing ocean-front pool for 
adults, a second large pool for families with a gradual "zero" slope
entrance for kids, a 
water "splash zone" for kids, a fitness center, a recreation center, a
game room, and a selection of 
picturesque walking and jogging trails. ( The pools are 2 block away. ) 

Our luxury condo is nestled among the immaculate fairways of the Ocean
Hammock Resort in the 
exclusive gated community of Cinnamon Beach. The Ocean Hammock Golf
Club is also known as 'The 
Pebble Beach of the East'. Minutes away from Ocean Hammock is access
to the Intercoastal waterway 
and 6 more challenging golf courses.

DVD players, CD player, full 
kitchen including; dishes / utensils / cookware / microwave /
dishwasher/ coffeemaker, washer &

Vacation Rental Amenities

The resort also features the Ocean Hammock Golf Club. It is one of 
the most spectacular golf courses on the Eastern Seaboard and boasts 
eight holes overlooking the Atlantic.

It is Florida’s first true oceanfront course in more than 70 years 
and will be among the last ocean courses ever to be built in this 
country. The links-style, par-72 course is a challenge and a 
pleasure for players of all levels. 

The property has sculpted grounds and two distinctly different 
clubhouses. The Lake Clubhouse with the family in mind, includes a 
family pool, a teen center, an entertainment room, a water 
playground, a fitness center and a small beach along the edge of the 
fresh-water lake.

The Ocean Clubhouse, designed with adults in mind, offers a secluded 
environment. It includes a spectacular swimming pool that appears to 
spill into the ocean, private cabanas, and a viewing tower 
overlooking the ocean.
