club house is incredible!! pool just like or nicer than a 5 star resort, restauant, gym, spa all 1 mile from home in the community. also, awesome pool around the corner from home. house all the needs plus....fully stocked kitchen, outdoor grill , bedding, towels. Beach chairs, cooler, towels to make a day at the beach awesome.

peaceful......the entire area is gorgeous! a few minutes to marco island, too many golf course to mention. Boater areas, water sports, you name it!
