own secluded, completely private white sand beach is just a two minute walk through the rain
forest.

Relax on the huge 700 square foot deck as you grill some fresh fish or lobster, watch the sunset and
enjoy a pina colada. Read in the hammock, retreat into the air conditioned bedrooms or leave the
sliding glass doors open all night and sleep to the sound of crashing waves directly below you.

Escape reality but continue to enjoy the comforts of home with satelite tv, a full kitchen, king
size beds, gas grill, and outdoor dining.

Owners live nearby and are happy to meet you at the airport, take you to your rental car, escort you
to the property and give you tips on "island living."

Car rental is a must at this property and 4 WD jeep rental is strongly encouraged. Accessing this
property, requires being able to walk down the 71 steps leading from the driveway to the actual
villa. A mini tramway runs next to the stairway for easy luggage and grocery accessiblity.
