Features include: Cable television and wireless internet(included in rental fee). A brand new large
flat screen television with a new DVD player in the living room and an i-pod dock player. Two
additional televisions are in the bedrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, with a dishwasher. microwave,
refrigerator, coffee maker, espresso maker, toaster, dishes and all the necessities to prepare a
delicious meal and entertain friends. Towels and linens are provided along with an iron and an
ironing board.
The living room has a brand new large air conditioner which cools the entire condo and there is also
an additional air conditioner in the master bedroom.
The master bedroom features a king size bed with a new mattress. It has a master bathroom with a
shower. The additional bedroom has two twin beds with a bathroom right outside the bedroom door with
a tub and a shower.
The deck is large and spacious with a bar table and two chairs, there is also two smaller chairs with
an ottoman to relax in.
The rooms consist of a living room, dining area with bar table and four stools, a sitting room with a
love seat facing the inter-coastal, two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
There is a coin operated laundry on each floor and laundromat a block away.

The condo community has a very warm and friendly atmosphere with weekly activities in season. You
will make a lot of new friends and have a lot of fun.
There is a beautiful heated swimming pool to cool off in or just lounge by to read and relax. A gas
grill is provided by the pool to enjoy sunset barbecues.
Each unit is assigned a parking space with a guest parking space located out front.
Located one block from the ocean and A1A, and within walking distance from many restaurants. Also
minutes from grocery stores, a fresh fish market, a dry cleaner, pharmacies, a convenience store, a
hair and nail salon, etc.
Within a few miles is all the shopping and entertainment you could imagine, malls, gift shops,
gourmet restaurants, gambling, para-plane rides, beaches, nightly entertainment, the famous Las Olas
Blvd. and The Riverwalk, water taxi, The River Queen, boat shows (October) air show (May), charter
