Gorgeous Lake and California Mountain sunset views. Home was built in
2005. This is a 3bedroom/ 2 bath home being offered as a 2 bedroom 2
bath, so it has more square footage than a typical two bedroom home. Lots of closet space and room for storage in garage. Landscaped
front yard and also equipped with soft water,R/O Water,full laundry and garage

stereo/CD/DVD and free local long distance as well as WiFi and a large pantry.
Home has a lake view from the dinning room table and rear patio!
Both beds are queen size and have pillow top mattresses. Master bath has a Roman walk in shower with a seat inside and double sink vanity.
Main bathroom has a Jacuzzi style tub with jets!!
There is also room on the side of the house for an RV along with hook ups. The homes interior was freshly painted spring of 09'.
Vaulted ceilings provide an open and airy feel, Tiled counters and floor in kithchen and bathrooms.
Cul de Sac location ensures very minimal traffic and super quiet neighborhood.

This homes North side location puts it in close proximity to both the
new mall, airport as well as the launch ramp , Two Golf Courses and the London Bridge!
The Windsor beach marina is about 1 1/2 miles also! There is also
shopping and dinning establishment less than a mile from the home!
