Welcome to the best of both worlds! Whether you are seeking the excitement of Vegas or just a quiet spot in the desert to relax, our luxury condo is the place for you. Just 10 minutes from the Las Vegas strip and the international airport, it is easily accessible for both tourists and executives. It is a ground floor unit with three bedrooms plus a Lazy-Boy queen hide-a-bed in the living room and sleeps a total of 8 adults (no exceptions). On one side of the condo, the master suite has a comfortable king-sized bed with a luxurious duvet, an ensuite with a large shower and double sinks, a huge walk-in closet and a wall-mounted flat-screen tv. The living room boasts a fireplace and flat screen TV with cable and DVD player. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and a fun bar height table. On the other side of the condo is the large main bath with double sinks, a laundry closet and two more bedrooms with sumptuous queen beds. Bedroom two has a convenient desk and bedroom 3 has a cozy window seat. Just outside the front door are the pool and hot tub, and the clubhouse, which holds an excellent work-out facility and tanning bed. We will get you started by providing luxurious bath products, as well as some laundry detergent, dishwashing detergent, coffee filters etc. Free wireless internet is also included. Just blocks away are coffee shops, supermarkets, greats restaurants, all the shopping you could ever want, and Green Valley Ranch Resort and Casino. You can enjoy all of this for price of $650-$750/week (or $90- $140/night) PLUS a mandatory cleaning fee ($80-$100, and a refundable $250-$300 damage deposit. At least one guest must be over 21.
