Sunnybrook Farm and Retreat in Townsend

Whether you are looking for the perfect spot to have a wedding, a
family reunion, a church retreat or a corporate get-together,
Sunnybrook Farm is the place to go! Nestled in the foothills of the
Great Smoky Mountains, we are conveniently located between Knoxville
and Sevierville, Tennessee, and easily accessible from Maryville and
Alcoa. We are 15 minutes away from the University of Tennessee and an
easy drive from Dollywood, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. For what it
might cost for only a handful of rooms in a crowded hotel or resort,
you can rent our entire facility and have the luxury of privacy for
your group.

Our facility features 20 bedrooms, 2 fully equipped kitchens, 3 dining
rooms and a large meeting room, with fireplaces in the main lounge and
kitchen! Jacuzzi, fishing lake, recreation area, gazebo on the grounds.

Activities include softball, basketball, volleyball, horseshoes, fishing,
hiking, croquet.

Room rates: $100 per room for a single room for a single night.
$950 per day if you reserve the entire facility.
$3600 per week for the entire facility.
Price does not include meals; meals can be provided by request for
additional fee.
