    In the heart of Conchas Chinas, this 3 bedroom casita is located  
within Canada Verde, a private, seven-unit complex.  Canada Verde is  
perched magnificently on a canyon above a river and is surrounded by  
jungle, affording breathtaking veiws of the bay and sunsets. 
    Located just a 10 minute walk south of Old Town, this property is  
perched just 75 yards above the ocean, and affords private access to  
the beach.  The casita is fully furnished in traditional Mexican  
style, including a fully equiped kitchen.

Vacation Rental Rates

Peak Season (November-May)- $175 per night 
                            $1,200 per week 
 
Off Peak (June-October) -   $50-$100 per night 
                            $300-$700 per week 
 
Special rates apply during Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years and  
Easter - please inquire 
 
50% deposit required within 7 days of reservation to hold dates  
requested.  Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.  Keys are picked up  
and left at the unit.  Arrival and departure times are flexible.
