3 bedrooms: King; Queen; 2 sets of bunk beds, loft with day- 
bed (sleeps 9 maximum); 2 bathrooms.

including all weather wicker table and chairs with umbrella, love  
seat, and chaise lounge chairs with umbrella. 
 
Full kitchen with appliances, microwave, dishes/utensils/cookware;  
Broadband Internet access with WiFi; 
TV’s with DVD; cable TV; stereo; boom box; washer/dryer;  
linens/towels/beach towels, patio, pool, and gas grill.

Activities and Attractions

All this is steps from the Pinellas County Trail (3 houses down) and  
St. Joseph Sound of the Gulf with its lovely water sunsets (second  
block from water), plus .5 mile from Knology Park (the Blue Jays’  
spring training facility).  This home is located just south of  
charming downtown Dunedin, a beautiful community that captures the  
charm of days gone by, and is in close proximity to Caladesi State  
Park (the second highest rated beach in the U.S.), Clearwater Beach,  
Busch Gardens, a wide variety of fine restaurants and stores, and  
Tampa International Airport.  Disney World is 90 minutes away.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates: 
30 day minimum rentals only 
November – April $3,900 per month (plus 12% Florida State and  
tourism tax) 
May – October $2,900 per month (plus 12% Florida State and tourism  
tax) 
10% discount for 3-month seasonal rental from January 1-March 31 only 
Please check availability calendar before making rental inquiry. 
 
Small pets may be permitted with owner’s permission. 
Sorry, no smoking permitted in house or on property. 
 
Other Info: 
50% of total required as deposit at time of reservation; remainder  
due 30 days prior to each month of rental. 
Security deposit of $700 required. 
No additional cleaning fee charged. 
Pool service included with rental. 
Signed rental agreement required at time of reservation; must be 25  
years or older to sign.
