Yes, we are in Panama City Beach, but away from the crowds, noise and
traffic. All you will hear
are the waves rolling onto the beach. Of course you are just 10 or
15 minutes away from the noise,
crowds and traffic if you choose to visit there. As you enter the
security gate that we share with
Carillon Beach, you will begin to relax and know you have come to the
right place.
Your condo is on the fourth floor of the much desired mid-rise
buildings and on one level. Your
living room and your bedroom both look out over the beautiful gulf.
The "cool" tropical atmosphere
of the tastefully and recently redecorated condo will have you in
vacation mode instantly. You sit
on your balcony in barstool height chairs so that you can take in the
awesome view of the gulf,
unblocked by the railing. If you are going to be wed on the most
popular wedding spot in PCB, this
would be a perfectly romantic honeymoon suite. If you are going to
stay for a month or longer you
will enjoy the comfort of the king size bed. Your kitchen is fully
equipped if you'd like to bring
in a few groceries and fix your meals in. Of course there are many
great eating places close by if
you had rather eat out. Just bring your swim suit, beach towel and
flip flops and come enjoy
our "Cool Beach Getaway".

We are located at the west end of Panama City Beach. In fact we are
the last resort as you are
leaving Panama City Beach going west on Hwy 98. If you go across the
Phillips Inlet Bridge, you
have passed us. Since we are the last resort, you have a very
secluded beach. So, if you like the
crowded beach scene with all the loud kids, you won't find it here.

If you are interested in renting two 1 BR/1BA condos next door to
each other let me know. My
neighbor rents also.

In Unit - Washer/Dryer,iron and ironing board, dishwasher, 2 TV's,
DVD player, CD player, a few
DVD's, radio w/Ipod dock, and games,books, ice maker in refrigerator, fully stocked
kitchen, linens furnished.  We now have wireless internet connection in condo.  Bring your laptop and contact owner for access code.

Outside - Grilles, picnic area, kids playground, beach chair rentals
during season, bike rentals, 2
pools (one heated in winter), sauna, wireless internet cafe in lobby
of Tower building, boat slips
to dock your boat in Lake Powell if you care to bring your boat
Parking for your boat trailer is
$10 extra.

Sorry, but we do not accept pets. We do not allow smoking inside the
unit but you can smoke on the
balconies.

Tennis, fishing, shuffleboard, biking, walking, swimming, crabbing,
all on property.
Nearby - Brand new "Pier Park" shopping mall (about 8 miles) with
Jimmy Buffett's Margaritaville
Restarant, Ron-Jon's Surf Shop, Backporch Restaurant, 16 screen movie
theater, concerts on Thursdays
with live music, Target, Penney's, Merle Norman, Ice Creams Shoppes,
Ulta, and many more upscale
shops and many more restaurants. We have grocery stores (Winn-Dixie
and Publix), restaurants and
liquor stores nearby and there is always delivery from Hungry Howie's
Pizza (we love this).

you for a great vacation or a
