and memorable destination. Called a sweeter Napa.

Our tranquil property boasts 4 acres of pasture, vineyards, gardens including fruit trees, and a
dipping pool to refresh from the summer heat.

The Villa is directly adjacent to Vina Moda Winery. Enjoy wine tasting and a weekly local Farmer’s
Market at your doorstep.

The feeling of seclusion and privacy the estate offers is offset by the convenience of its close
proximity to historic downtown Murphy's. Within a scenic 5 minute stroll you can enjoy the diverse
offerings of this quaint Sierra foothill town.

The Villa offers three en-suite bedrooms with all the amenities of a country home. Each bedroom
opens up to a garden or deck setting. A gourmet kitchen, has been designed by chef, Jeannine Hebel
for your use and enjoyment.

The spacious living area offers a fireplace and cable TV. Outside areas includes a large deck ideal
for a family barbecue.

Vina Moda Wine club members discount rates are honored at the Villa.
